Why Do I Need Virtual Paralegal Services?

A virtual paralegal can perform the duties of an in-house paralegal. Because it is a contracted support position, hiring a virtual paralegal can dramatically decrease expenses, increase resources, and facilitate growth for client law firms.

Virtual paralegals can be of benefit to busy solo practitioners and large firms in need short-term assistance. Flexible billing options, from hourly rates, a la carte services, and on a per-case basis allow your firm to reduce costs and free up time.

How it Works

Schedule an initial consultation to discuss which services your firm needs, develop scope of work, and establish a timeline for project completion.

PXI Paralegal will review the client request and contact your firm to obtain any additional information and documents needed to prepare filing. PXI will complete all required data entry, document review, and casework for client review. Once your firm has reviewed and approved the documents and obtained client signatures, PXI will file the case with the courts. PXI will provide updates to the attorney and track important dates, deadlines, hearings related to the case.
